Warranty: One (1) year from the date of shipment.

This warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials under normal operating conditions. The warranty does not cover failures or damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, abuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs or modifications, improper handling, foreign object damage (FOD), corrosion, or normal wear and tear.

All AR (As Removed) units are sold for overhaul purposes only and are not intended for immediate installation or operation.

Warranty: Seven (7) days from the date of receipt. During this period, if the unit is determined to be BER (Beyond Economical Repair) during the overhaul process, RVM Aerospace Corp., at its sole discretion, will provide a replacement unit, subject to availability, or issue a Credit Memo for the original purchase value of the unit. No cash refunds will be issued.

RVM Aerospace Corp. shall not be liable for any damage, failure, loss, delay, or expense resulting from:

• Improper handling or storage.
• Incorrect installation or maintenance.
• Operation outside the manufacturer's approved specifications.
• Unauthorized repairs or alterations.
• Misuse, abuse, accidents, or negligence.

All shipments are made FOB Shipping Point – Medley, Florida, USA. Title and risk of loss transfer to the Buyer upon delivery of the shipment to the carrier. RVM Aerospace Corp. is not responsible for any loss, damage, or delay occurring during transportation after the shipment has left our facility.

Under no circumstances shall RVM Aerospace Corp. be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to aircraft downtime, loss of revenue, loss of profits, replacement costs, or any other commercial damages arising from the sale or use of the product.

By accepting the shipment, the Buyer acknowledges and agrees to these Warranty and Terms of Sale.
